“A Muslim medical student wearing a headscarf has been beaten up in what appeared to be a racist attack, the police chief of the German university town of Goettingen said Wednesday. She suffered grazes and bruises when she was knocked to the ground and kicked by four assailants Saturday evening near a university library.
