There are two new additions to the Islam and the West Blogroll. The first blog to be added is that of that of Thomas Ricks. Ricks is the Washington Post Pentagon and military correspondent while also being a senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security. As a member of the Washington Post team he won the 2002 Pulitzer Prize for his reporting of the U.S. counteroffensive against terrorism.

The second addition to the blogroll is Dan Fleshler’s Realistic Dove. Fleshler describes his blog as such: “Candid, constructive commentary on Israel, the Arab-Israeli conflict, America’s Middle East policies and their domestic political context.“

May I ask that regular readers and not so regular readers pay a visit to the blogs mentioned above. I am sure that both commentators will give readers much food for thought.
